September Meeting

Needles and Friends
 Quilt Guild
It’s time to put your bikini and suntan lotion away!!!   Kids are back in school  that means we now have all the free time we could ever want for quilting, So get your machine out and let’s get serious, because we have some great projects you won’t be able to live without.
We are moving up this year, moving upstairs that is.  We will meet this year in the upstairs room. Meetings are every 2nd Tuesday and classes are every 4th Tuesday
Hyde Park Town Hall.

CLASSES FOR THE YEAR
We are so excited for a fun year of quilting!  We have some fun classes planned that we think you will all enjoy.
SEPTEMBER – Amy McClellan from American Quilting in Orem is teaching us how to make the quilt “Calliope” from her book,  It’s a Circus.
OCTOBER – Sandra Workman from Pine Needles in West Jordan is teaching us how to make the “Winter Wonky” wall hanging.
NOVEMBER – Our very own Debbie Liechty will be teaching us how to make a fun, wool and linen table topper with a pattern she designed.
DECEMBER – To go along with our Christmas party, we will have a wool winter pillow you can choose to do if you like.

Come with your friends and participate in the classes this year.  We will show samples at our first meeting in September.  Winter classes will be displayed at the Christmas Party.  See you soon.
